This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Take initiative to drive or fly to commercial properties for accurate data collection.
• Utilize 3D cameras, laser measurement devices, and specialized software to document various property characteristics.
• Collect data, perform measurements, and enter information while maintaining precision.
• Coordinate with property managers to schedule appointments and confirm arrival times.
• Background in mapping, property appraisal, inspections, GIS, data collection, data entry, land surveying, or any meticulous outdoor fieldwork.
• Dependable vehicle capable of accommodating a 6-foot ladder and suitable for long-distance travel.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders up to 30 feet high.
• Capability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient in using technology such as iPads, laptops, mobile applications, and photography tools.
• Adhere to detailed instructions with accuracy and diligence.
• Maintain focus, organization, and self-motivation while working independently.
