Field Data Specialist – Travel Position

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Travel independently to commercial properties to collect data.

• Utilize 3D cameras, laser measurement tools, and specialized software for documentation purposes.

• Collect data, take measurements, and ensure precision in data entry.

• Coordinate with property managers to obtain access information.

• Consult with the Regional Manager, trainers, mentors, and colleagues as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in mapping, property appraisal, inspections, GIS, data collection, data entry, land surveying, or related outdoor, detail-oriented fieldwork.

• Comfortable working at heights on ladders (up to 30 feet).

• A reliable vehicle that can accommodate a 6-foot ladder and facilitate long-distance travel.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Capability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Proficient in the use of technology (iPads, laptops, mobile applications, photography equipment).

• Ability to adhere to detailed instructions with accuracy and diligence.

• Organized, self-driven, and able to maintain focus while working independently.
