This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Provide technical, clinical, and educational/training support to the Sales team across Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey.
• Demonstrate products and train new patients/customers.
• Offer follow-up and support for patients.
• Assist ASRs and RSMs in generating and following up on sales leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to foster and improve client relationships.
• Act as the primary clinical support resource for patient selection, basic troubleshooting, device utilization, and patient follow-up.
• Attend patient device implantations and conduct follow-up to ensure successful experiences.
• Educate external staff on bandage changes and product specifications.
• Address customer needs and product complaints by creating solutions or working with SPR team members.
• Meet with current and potential clients to assess clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care.
• Discuss and demonstrate how the company's products can assist clients in reaching their objectives.
• Ensure that facilities are equipped with clinical literature and marketing materials.
• Support industry conferences, exhibits, and labs as required.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of SPR products, competitive devices, and neuromodulation techniques.
• Build relationships with patients, physicians, nurses, administrators, sales representatives, and internal team members.
• Educate and train physicians and hospital/clinic staff through one-on-one in-services, staff programs, seminars, and workshops.
• Manage timely patient documentation and data collection using Salesforce.
• Stay informed about third-party accreditation requirements.
• Adhere to the Corporate Compliance Program.
• Provide positive and constructive guidance to peers.
• Occasionally assist with cases outside of assigned geographic territories.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• A college degree is preferred in a clinical or related field.
• Experience working with patients, ideally in a clinical setting.
• 3–5 years of relevant clinical support experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism is essential.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and active vehicle insurance policy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to accept feedback and suggestions for ongoing improvement.
• Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours.
• Prior Operating Room experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in working with pain patients is essential.
• Familiarity with neuromodulation is necessary.
• Willingness to travel significantly within the assigned territory (75%) and occasionally beyond it.
