Field Claim Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments in accordance with SOS field inventory protocols.

• Complete all assigned tasks diligently, aligning with departmental, facility, operational, and corporate objectives.

• Support business development initiatives related to both new and existing service offerings.

• Foster, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships with adjusters to aid in retention and repeat business.

• Communicate regularly with your Field Manager and Service Manager regarding operational matters and potential enhancements.

• Adhere to all standard operating and safety procedures, both written and verbal, at all times.

• Execute work assignments safely and accurately, in line with all Enservio safety standards.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Capability to travel to site locations within your geographic area.

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds without any physical limitations.

• Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills.

• Willingness to accept additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Exceptional personal organization and leadership capabilities.

• Experience in Property and Casualty claims is a plus.

• Background in the restoration industry is advantageous.
