Field Claim Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute on-site inventory assignments for insurance property claims in accordance with SOS field inventory procedures.

• Complete designated tasks in line with departmental, facility, operational, and corporate objectives.

• Support business development initiatives for both new and existing service offerings.

• Foster, establish, and nurture customer relationships with adjusters to enhance retention and encourage repeat business.

• Communicate regularly with the Field Manager and Service Manager regarding operational challenges and potential improvements.

• Adhere to established operating and safety protocols.

• Accept additional responsibilities as needed.

• Travel to claim site locations within the designated geographic area.

• Operate independently without direct supervision on-site.

• Strong problem-solving and project management capabilities while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Capacity to operate under challenging post-loss insurance claim conditions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, writing, and communication abilities.

• Excellent personal organization and leadership skills.

• Results-driven with the ability to achieve objectives within a team setting.

• Experience in Property and Casualty claims is advantageous.

• Background in the restoration industry is a plus.

• Willingness to travel to site locations within the specified geographic area.

• Capability to lift up to 30 pounds without physical limitations.

• Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision on-site.

• Possession of a valid driver's license.

• Access to a reliable personal vehicle for work purposes.
