Field CISO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Promote Sprinto's Autonomous Trust thesis to the market via events, content creation, speaking engagements, and discussions that influence enterprise CISOs.

• Serve as Sprinto's practitioner representative at RSA, ISACA, and regional CISO summits.

• Develop and host webinars and roundtables specifically for CISOs.

• Collaborate with the content team to craft material for newsletters, LinkedIn, podcasts, and other distribution channels.

• Strengthen the security advisory board into a meaningful community.

• Engage in various stages of deals by exploring compliance-program opportunities with prospects.

• Assist prospects in aligning their requirements with the Autonomous Trust model and help shape their vision.

• Tackle late-stage CISO-level objections as a peer while the sales team finalizes the deal.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in security leadership.

• Background as a CISO, Deputy CISO, or senior leader in security advisory roles.

• Knowledge of compliance implementations for SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, HIPAA, and FedRAMP.

• Proven ability to engage enterprise CISOs as a peer.

• Commercial accountability experience, including ownership of metrics or readiness to take on such responsibility.

• Capability to distill complex theses and concepts into straightforward, comprehensible content.

• Innovative perspectives on the future of the CISO's office and the concept of Autonomous Trust.

• Ability to work independently across various channels.

• This role may be offered as a full-time position or as an advisory and consulting engagement, based on mutual agreement.
