Field Case Manager – 12-month contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Acts as the main point of contact for physicians.

• Engages with patients as necessary and collaborates with program stakeholders.

• Informs healthcare providers and their teams about program services.

• Assesses patient charts and ensures all required documentation is completed.

• Takes complete responsibility for the special authorization process.

• Maintains ongoing communication, updates, and support for physicians.

• Modifies program elements to cater to the specific needs of healthcare providers.

• Performs additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) or a relevant degree (BSc in Pharmacy or other Science degrees).

• Familiarity with the public or private third-party reimbursement landscape.

• Bilingualism is advantageous (required for the province of Quebec).

• Previous experience as a Case Manager is a plus.

• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to manage various tasks and priorities simultaneously.

• Understanding of medical terminology.

• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.

• Ability to connect with physicians and their staff effectively.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Proficient in both oral and written communication in English and French.

• Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

• Must hold and maintain a valid, non-expired, unrestricted driver’s license and own a vehicle.

• A private, dedicated home office space is required.
