Field Auto Appraiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Meet clients at their residences, repair facilities, or towing locations.

• Prepare estimates and assist clients through the repair or total loss procedures.

• Assess damage on-site or work in conjunction with body shops and service providers.

• Leverage technology for in-person visits, virtual assessments, and written correspondence.

• Ensure that claims are accurately documented and comply with policy agreements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in auto collision estimating using CCC or Mitchell software.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to create precise and comprehensive estimates.

• Proficient in using technology and various platforms for claims processing.

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Valid driver's license and readiness to travel as required by the job.
