This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Serve as the main field support for the Flow and Imaging instrument install base, delivering onsite training and application assistance post-sale as necessary.
• Execute onsite product demonstrations in collaboration with Instrument Sales Specialists, coordinating efforts with local TSCs.
• Carry out regular follow-ups after installation/training for current Flow and Imaging instrument clients.
• Collaborate effectively within shared accounts to foster the sales of flow cytometry and imaging reagents, kits, and antibodies through joint workdays with local TSC.
• Strategically plan and manage time and territory to ensure comprehensive coverage across accounts and regions.
• Offer continuous support to existing clients regarding flow and imaging technical inquiries as a follow-up to requests directed to the Technical Support team.
• Create and deliver presentations and/or seminars; respond to inquiries and provide supplementary application training.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline (e.g., Biology, Immunology, Biomedical Engineering).
• At least 5 years of experience in biological or biomedical sciences, including a minimum of 2 years dedicated to flow cytometry and imaging.
• Proven experience collaborating with researchers through scientific partnerships, application support, or technical training.
• Expertise in flow cytometry, multiplex immunofluorescence, and 3D immunofluorescence imaging.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to think strategically.
• Willingness to travel as needed (up to 70%).
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a cooperative team environment.
• Must possess the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and work at a fast pace while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
