This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Successfully executing a diverse array of field tasks, including property inspections, verification of maintenance completions, occupancy assessments, and more.

• Tailoring work methods and strategies to effectively meet the specific needs of each property and task.

• Acquiring necessary materials that are crucial for the successful execution of tasks.

• Managing tasks throughout their entire lifecycle, from initiation to completion, along with appropriate documentation.

• Timely addressing and discussing any challenges related to tasks with Home365.

• Ensuring precise execution of assignments in accordance with established parameters.

• Completing assigned tasks within set deadlines.
