This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Accountable for the sale of MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) supplies
• Sustain and enhance sales within an established customer portfolio
• Cultivate and nurture strong sales relationships with key decision-makers
• Oversee sales volume with current clients while seeking new customer opportunities
• Formulate and execute strategies to grow business presence in the designated territory
• Participate in business meetings and local trade exhibitions
• Work alongside leadership to assess market trends and customer requirements
• Minimum of 4 years of business-to-business (B2B) field sales experience
• Familiarity with healthcare products is advantageous, but not mandatory
• Knowledge of facility products such as hardware, electrical, and lighting is beneficial
• Ability to effectively build rapport with customers
• Experience with a wide range of product lines
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with handheld technology
• Excellent time management abilities
• Proficient in MS Excel and Salesforce, or a similar CRM system
• Experience in consultative selling or solution selling is preferred
• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets in a remote setting
