This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Proactively delivers in-person (or virtual as needed) education to designated accounts and specialties within their assigned regions.
• Works closely with key stakeholders to enhance access and cultivate strategic partnerships.
• Collaborates effectively to secure support and eliminate barriers throughout a patient's journey for product access.
• Engages with accounts to facilitate patient access and offers face-to-face education on available programs.
• Coordinates services diligently with the Averitas Patient HUB and internal teams.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (MBA preferred).
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with a focus on Market Access, Sales, and/or account management.
• At least 2 years in a Patient Services practice support role for specialty products.
• Experience with Specialty Pharmacy and Specialty Product Buy & Bill is essential.
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Long-Term Incentive Plan (cash plan) equating to 20% of base salary.
• Annual merit for performance compensation target of $58K.
