F&I Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Prospecting: Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, with an emphasis on delivering Finance & Insurance products to major automotive dealers, while also aiding P&C product marketing within the designated territory.

• Relationship Management: Establishing and nurturing robust relationships with both new and existing clients. Effectively engaging with internal and external stakeholders through various communication channels (both in-person and virtual) to ensure strong connections.

• Closing: Overseeing and expanding your designated territory to achieve profitability and surpass sales objectives.

• Direct Sales: Executing sales presentations either face-to-face or via Microsoft Teams.

• Consulting: Partnering with field team members to guarantee the smooth implementation of programs and products, while enhancing customer relations.

• Building market share: Operating remotely in an entrepreneurial setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with over 2 years of experience in dealership finance or sales leadership, or a high school diploma/equivalent with more than 4 years of experience in dealership finance or sales leadership.

• Must reside within the specified territory.

• Ideal candidates possess outside sales experience along with advanced knowledge of the automotive industry, market trends, and competitors.

• Significant experience in retail automotive finance or senior sales management roles (e.g., GM, GSM, Finance Director, Finance Manager).

• Experience in dealership training (1:1, classroom, virtual).

• Proficiency in automotive and conventional software/technology.

• Understanding of insurance, reinsurance, warranty claims processes, and F&I products.

• Capability to analyze financial statements.

• Outstanding presentation skills for both small and large audiences.
