FHA Claims Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for submitting all FHA Part B claims and non-conveyance claims, including CWCOT, SFLS, and Loss Mitigation claims.

• Follow up on all claim payments and the submission of title packages to HUD.

• Oversee attorney firms to guarantee the timely submission of title packages.

• Submit all Part B expense claims within the deadlines set by insurers/investors.

• Work towards resolving any exceptions related to suspended claim funds.

• Review daily reports and manage queues effectively.

• Keep the Manager updated on trends and issues associated with FHA claims.

• Schedule tasks efficiently to minimize costs.

• Adhere to instructions from the Manager with precision and promptness.

• Maintain consistent and timely attendance.
