
Federal Software Engineer, Attack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with the Attack, Data, Commercial, and Federal engineering teams throughout all stages of the software development lifecycle.
β’ Enhance the scalability of the NodeZero platform by empowering the Attack team to develop new features and incorporate additional offensive attack content into the product.
β’ Work alongside other attack engineers and N-Day researchers to comprehend the technical elements of reverse-engineered exploits and their behavior and interactions within the production environment.
β’ Maintain and expand the platform's architecture, design, and data model to accommodate new product functionalities.
β’ Identify, take ownership of, and resolve bugs within the product.
β’ Uphold a high standard of software quality through code reviews, testing, and production monitoring.
β’ Follow and enhance the technical and developmental processes of the Federal Attack Team.
β’ Bachelorβs and/or master's degree in business administration, commerce, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or substantial relevant industry experience.
β’ Proficient in Python software development.
β’ Skilled with Docker, as well as relational and graph databases.
β’ Strong understanding and application of software design principles.
β’ Experience in developing and testing complex software systems, particularly within Federal networks at all classification levels.
β’ Solid knowledge of secure software development practices.
β’ Proficient with version control software (Git) and effective teamwork workflows.
β’ Must have or be willing to obtain certifications necessary for operating on federal networks (SEC+, etc.).
β’ Current or capability to obtain and maintain a United States Government Security Clearance.
