• Engage your curiosity and collaborate with a diverse group of innovative individuals.
• Concentrate on the Defense Health Agency, Veteran Health Affairs, Indian Health, and other federal clients.
• Implement federal client engagement and growth initiatives across DoD, VA, CMS, and IHS.
• Take ownership of federal proposal strategy and authorship.
• Create essential proposal documents, such as executive summaries and pricing justifications.
• Serve as a senior player-coach, integrating contributions from cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of eight (8) years of combined experience in sourcing, government contracts, defense contracts, federal regulations, and/or supplier/vendor management.
• Proven leadership experience with the capability to guide teams and achieve results.
• Experience in briefing Executive Level/General Officer personnel.
• Background in proposal development, including writing, reviewing, and evaluating proposals.
• Must successfully pass a government background check for a Public Trust position.
• Master’s degree with a business-related concentration (additional qualification preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Power BI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Co-pilot (additional qualification preferred).
