This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +2 more states.
• Create and execute detailed account strategies that promote long-term client satisfaction, success, and revenue enhancement.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers across various Treasury and bureau entities (including IRS, U.S. Mint, BEP, Bureau of the Fiscal Service, OCC, FinCEN, TTB, OIG, TIGTA, OFAC, CDFI Fund, etc.), resulting in an expanded customer base and greater market penetration.
• Collaborate with Paragon Micro's Engineers, Solution Architects, and Global Account Managers to provide tailored technology solutions that meet client requirements, encompassing Network Solutions, Security & Mobility, and Virtualization.
• Oversee account relationships at the senior level, developing strategic sales initiatives and negotiating complex agreements that drive customer success and profitability.
• Remain informed about industry trends to suggest innovative products and services that assist clients in optimizing their IT environments.
• Minimum of 6 years of field-based technology sales experience, specifically targeting Federal Civilian accounts such as Treasury, IRS, U.S. Mint, BEP, Bureau of the Fiscal Service, OCC, FinCEN, TTB, OIG, TIGTA, and OFAC.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Federal Government contracting and established relationships within the Federal sector, particularly among Civilian agencies.
• Established client relationships that you are willing to leverage in discussions to compete for their business.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, enabling engagement, influence, and persuasion of prospects at various organizational levels.
• High level of proficiency in cold calling and crafting personalized messages to initiate impactful conversations that highlight Paragon Micro’s solutions.
• Proven experience in solution-based selling and consultative sales methods to effectively meet complex customer demands.
• Resilient, self-driven, and goal-focused with the capability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Documented success in consistently surpassing revenue and margin targets, identifying and securing new business opportunities while enhancing existing relationships.
• Strong skills in relationship building, with experience engaging key decision-makers and influencers to foster long-term partnerships.
• Extensive knowledge of industry-leading technologies and OEMs in areas such as data centers, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, modern workplace collaboration, and cloud solutions.
