This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Delivers Global Feasibility business outputs while functioning autonomously with minimal supervision across all indications.
• Strategically plans, prioritizes, organizes, and executes tasks efficiently to achieve set objectives.
• Conducts research and data analysis to aid in the formulation of country and site strategies for proposals and independent project feasibility evaluations, as well as resolving project challenges.
• Supplies additional informatics and intelligence regarding patient access, country suitability, competitive landscape, enrollment analysis, and supportive enrollment modeling.
• Participates in strategy discussions and collaborates with Business Unit representatives, Medical Directors, Proposal Analysts, and Business Development to assess sponsor requirements and protocols for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
• May serve as a departmental Subject Matter Expert (SME) for tools and processes, and may lead departmental development initiatives.
• Preferred BS/BA in Science with a focus on medical research.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual team setting.
• Proficient in understanding and presenting complex scientific and clinical research data and analysis methodologies.
• Familiarity with principles, concepts, practices, and standards in the CRO industry.
• Competence in effective sales and bid text creation.
• Experience in managing individuals and data to achieve business goals.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Capable of mentoring and training others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database applications), email, and internet research skills.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and team-oriented abilities.
