⛳️ Requirements

• Accountable for the design, implementation, and oversight of assigned product features.

• Development of nationwide Property product pricing and contract adjustments.

• Conducting data analysis and generating reports.

• Engages in the development of national product initiatives.

• Represents the enterprise Product team in state, regional, and national projects.

• Assumes a leadership role in special projects as designated.

• Monitors strategic initiatives post-implementation.

• Keeps current with industry trends and developments.

• Collaborates with various departments within the organization to achieve results.

• Responsible for delivering business requirements to IT for necessary system modifications.

• Conducts research focused on the creation of new personal lines insurance products or programs.

• Coordinates efforts with Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims, and Marketing teams.

• Oversees product research activities.

• Initiates and proposes relevant research areas and develops presentations for Senior Management review.

• Participates in collaborative research projects with other Home Office departments.

• Establishes and maintains a training manual for the product division.

• Also sets up and maintains research and reference material files related to newly developed personal lines insurance products.

• Aids the Sales/Agencies Departments in crafting and preparing materials that interpret or explain newly created personal lines insurance products.

• Provides support for the product division's computer systems and recommends updates to current software.
