FBA Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Take an active role in Amazon FBA replenishment and inventory planning across various fulfillment centers.

• Oversee restock suggestions, manage inbound shipments, coordinate with warehouses, and monitor operational risks.

• Develop operational expertise that extends into executive operations support, cross-department collaboration, KPI management, process enhancement, and potential leadership roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of practical experience with Amazon Seller Central, including the creation of FBA shipment plans, replenishment processes, and inventory oversight (demonstrable through previous job responsibilities, not just skills lists).

• Hands-on experience in monitoring restock suggestions, managing stranded inventory, preventing stockouts, and handling excess inventory within Amazon fulfillment centers.

• Proven track record of directly coordinating with warehouse partners, 3PLs, freight forwarders, or manufacturers as a key job function.

• High-level proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for tracking inventory, forecasting needs, and generating KPI/operational reports.

• Documented experience in contributing to the creation of SOPs, process improvements, or operational structures in prior roles.

• At least one position held for 18+ months demonstrating consistent ownership of operational workflows.

• Proficiency in English at C1+ CEFR level, both written and spoken, adequate for direct communication with warehouse and manufacturer representatives in North America and Europe.

• Confirmed availability to work during overlapping EST business hours, with the flexibility to accommodate PST as necessary.
