This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Participate in four distinct business areas, rotating quarterly, while meeting the specific deliverables and quality expectations set by each Rotation Lead's team.
• Consistently fulfill assigned workloads, commitments, deadlines, and objectives while adhering to established service level agreements and utilizing appropriate tools, methods, frameworks, and professional standards.
• Collect, analyze, evaluate, and score risks by curating and organizing company-specific information from various public, private, and proprietary sources.
• Work collaboratively with internal partners and external parties to improve, mitigate, and address third-party risks.
• Serve as a primary contact for clients and their third parties as required by rotation assignments.
• Assist with Validated Controls Assessment (VCA), AI Monitoring, data integrity quality assurance, and program management activities based on the current rotation.
• Communicate in a professional and effective manner within each rotational team and with cross-functional partners.
• Efficiently track assigned tasks while adhering to deadlines across varying rotation assignments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Proven ability to swiftly learn new tools, teams, and workflows, and to adapt professionally to a new business area each quarter.
• Experience in, or a strong aptitude for, a customer/client-facing environment.
• Strong grasp of risk management principles, especially regarding information security, IT general controls, and fundamental audit terminology and concepts.
• Comfort in learning and utilizing AI-powered tools and platforms (e.g., generative AI assistants, AI-based monitoring or security tools) to facilitate research, analysis, and reporting tasks.
• Established professional communication and client relationship skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail, sound judgment, logical reasoning, and a proven track record of adhering to established scripts/consistency models, completing tasks, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting, and adjusting to evolving business needs with periodic supervision.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and Google applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Gmail) and other business software.
• A strong sense of ambition, drive, clear vision, and a positive attitude.
