This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +27 more states.
• Drive enrollment through extensive outreach efforts.
• Manage daily communications with prospective and applying families through phone calls, SMS, and email.
• Follow structured sequences of outreach (calls + texts + emails) to transition families from interest to application and finally to enrollment.
• Lead discussions that identify needs, address inquiries, and confidently direct the next steps.
• Minimize drop-off rates by recognizing and eliminating obstacles in real time.
• Assist families through the onboarding process.
• Guide families in completing enrollment tasks with clarity and a sense of urgency.
• Ensure families are confident in their educational plans and the subsequent steps.
• Emphasize that OpenEd is easy to navigate, flexible, and offers support at every stage.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with enrolled families during key moments of their journey.
• Proactively reach out if something appears to be off-track (such as missing logs or incomplete steps).
• Re-engage families who have stalled or disengaged from the process.
• Operate with speed and precision.
• Handle a high volume of conversations while maintaining quality.
• Ensure clear and timely follow-up across all communication channels.
• Track activities and outcomes in HubSpot to enhance pipeline visibility.
• Close the loop and enhance the system.
• Identify patterns in objections, confusion, or friction points.
• Collaborate with team leaders to refine messaging, workflows, and resources.
• Share successful strategies so the team can improve and accelerate progress.
• A relationship builder who excels at forming meaningful connections with families.
• A data-driven team member capable of translating family feedback into actionable enhancements.
• A proficient communicator who can articulate educational concepts with clarity and empathy.
• A customer advocate who connects families with suitable resources while adding a personal touch.

• A passionate educator at heart, committed to personalizing learning for every child.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (such as sales, customer success, account management, admissions/enrollment, or a similar field).
• Competitive salary ranging from $25 to $30 per hour, along with a 401k plan and company matching opportunities.
