This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Oversee retail and corporate banking properties across multiple counties
• Be available for emergencies and remain on call, with mandatory overtime as required by business demands
• Carry out 40–60% of maintenance and non-contracted services independently
• Organize projects, budgets, maintenance, construction, relocations, and renovations
• Create work processes for vendors and contractors
• Interact with internal clients and property owners
• Manage the Facilities Management work order system
• Take part in departmental and staff meetings
• Fulfill mandatory in-person and online training
• Conduct quarterly visits to each assigned property
• Perform annual site evaluations and document them in the work order software
• Assist the Functional Coordinator, Facilities Manager II, and Regional Facility Manager
• Assess vendor performance and pricing
• Conduct HVAC filter replacements, lighting, plumbing, electrical, exterior, and interior repairs
• Undertake additional duties as assigned
• Must reside in the Milwaukee or Northern Illinois region
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license necessary
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Facilities Management
• Proficient in creating or managing facility repair budgets and evaluating vendor proposals
• Basic proficiency with tools such as hammers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and saws
• Computer skills, including knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• General maintenance abilities and HVAC understanding
• Familiarity with Facilities Management software
• Knowledge of building maintenance, particularly HVAC systems
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Project management capabilities, including budgeting and documentation
• Effective time management and leadership qualities
• Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal oversight
• Must currently be authorized to work full-time in the United States
• Trade certifications are preferred
