Facilities Manager, Regional Field Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the repair, upkeep, and lifecycle replacement of facility assets within a designated portfolio.

• Conduct comprehensive Annual Site Assessments for all locations in the assigned region.

• Execute and finalize Ferguson's Integrated Facilities Management strategy.

• Provide outstanding customer service by offering prompt and effective solutions that aid field operations.

• Collaborate with landlords, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure facilities meet Ferguson's standards.

• Ensure that critical building systems are well-maintained and functioning reliably.

• Spearhead regional initiatives aimed at regulatory compliance, safety, security, inspections, and preventative maintenance.

• Create and uphold documentation that supports business continuity and emergency readiness.

• Offer strategic insights through data analysis, reporting, presentations, and portfolio reviews.

• Manage facility operating budgets and maintenance costs.

• Assess and support capital investment projects.

• Work in tandem with project management teams on renovations, expansions, and new construction endeavors.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in facilities management for multi-site portfolios.

• Proficient in using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

• Strong technical expertise in building systems.

• Demonstrated ability to manage operating budgets, capital planning, vendor relationships, and facilities programs.

• Excellent organizational, project management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with relevant federal, state, and local regulations regarding facilities operations and safety compliance.

• Capability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
