This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for activities related to trade compliance and export licensing.
• Prepare and submit applications for export and import licenses using relevant U.S. government systems (such as the Department of State and Department of Commerce platforms).
• Ensure adherence to U.S. export control regulations, including frameworks like ITAR and EAR.
• Classify components, products, and technical data in line with applicable export control classifications (for example, ECCNs).
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to identify and address both short-term and long-term export/import licensing needs.
• Aid in developing and implementing export/import licensing strategies.
• Support internal compliance measures to ensure conformity with U.S. and international regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to uphold continuous compliance with export regulations.
• Maintain documentation and records related to licensing activities and regulatory compliance.
• A bachelor’s degree is required (preferably in Supply Chain, International Trade, Business, or a related field).
• At least 3–5 years of experience in export compliance, trade compliance, or a related area.
• Proficient understanding of U.S. export control regulations, including ITAR and EAR.
• Experience navigating export licensing processes and government submission systems (such as DECCS, SNAP-R, or similar).
• Familiarity with component classification systems, including ECCNs.
• Experience in supporting supply chain, procurement, or logistics functions within a regulated environment.
• Exposure to global trade operations and cross-border compliance obligations.
