Expert Solutions Consultant – Content AI, Optimization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Spearhead technical discovery, solution formulation, and execution of proof of value (POV) across Adobe’s optimization and governance suite to achieve technical successes in partnership with our Sales team.

• Promote AI adoption by demonstrating how Adobe's content optimization solutions produce high-quality, secure, and brand-consistent AI-generated results.

• Enhance customer content visibility and performance utilizing Sites Optimizer to diagnose and improve Core Web Vitals (CWV), authoring workflows, and SEO scalability.

• Strengthen brand trust by implementing Brand Concierge to protect brand equity across diverse content ecosystems and contributors.

• Deliver compelling demonstrations that highlight the measurable outcomes of optimization efforts.

• Create playbooks, POV templates, competitive battlecards, and demo materials to amplify your impact.

• Conduct internal training sessions to empower the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or solution architecture for SEO, CMS/DXP, AI/LLM, or brand governance solutions.

• Deep knowledge of search engine optimization, generative engine optimization strategy, and enhanced content visibility through advanced tools.

• Practical experience with platforms such as Google Search Console, BrightEdge, Conductor, Semrush, or Ahrefs.

• Solid understanding of Core Web Vitals, front-end performance, and tagging strategies.

• Capability to explain how LLMs, RAG pipelines, guardrails, and timely assessments affect customer trust and discoverability.

• Exceptional storytelling abilities to convey technical solutions as business value to CMO and CTO audiences.
