
Experienced Vehicle Fire Suppression Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing vehicle fire suppression systems.
• Assessing and verifying the functionality of vehicle fire suppression systems.
• Conducting mechanical and electrical testing.
• Replacing, repairing, and certifying system components.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and manuals.
• Assessing customer requirements and suggesting appropriate solutions.
• Completing necessary documentation and daily work reports.
• Guiding and mentoring junior team members.
• Engaging in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in inspecting, testing, maintaining, and/or installing vehicle fire suppression systems.
• Training in brands such as Ansul, Amerex, Kidde, Dafo, Fogmaker, or other vehicle fire suppression systems.
• Additional fire service certifications are considered an advantage.
• Strong mechanical skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to work safely, independently, and with professionalism.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work in remote locations and participate in overtime (with premium compensation!).
