This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Provide travel advice and arrangements for corporate clients, both individual travelers and groups.

• Perform analysis and research on travel options while proactively anticipating the needs of travelers to promote additional services.

• Organize and book business travel, both domestic and international, covering a range of complexities for air, road, rail, and accommodation.

• Ensure adherence to agreed travel policies of clients, service provider regulations, and compliance requirements.

• Utilize effective telephone service techniques and respond to special requests from customers.

• Work collaboratively with your team to mentor, coach, and offer constructive feedback to enhance service quality.

• A strong commitment to delivering excellent client service, including the proactive anticipation of client needs.

• Proficient in GDS, particularly with Sabre.

• Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Uphold integrity and manage personal traveler information responsibly.

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the travel industry, with experience in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservations.

• Ability to resolve customer issues swiftly and independently or in collaboration with suppliers.

• Team-oriented with a willingness to accept feedback.
