This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Deliver exceptional technical support to end users on behalf of our clients.
• Identify and resolve IT-related issues (hardware, software, networking) remotely for clients.
• Offer user assistance, provide training, and recommend IT best practices.
• Assist in the ongoing enhancement of IT services, including the upkeep and revision of technical documentation.
• Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Computer Science.
• Background in networks and systems education/training.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a user-facing IT support (Helpdesk) position.
• Proficient spoken and written French (C2).
• Strong spoken and written English (at least B2).
• Access to online training.
