Experienced Project Engineer, German Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide implementation services to our clients utilizing Clinisys solutions.

• Execute various tasks including business analysis, data architecture, gap fit workshops, configuration, unit testing, and validation support.

• Collaborate with the project manager or customer services manager, adhering to guidance and planning.

• Propose solutions and identify technical risks, communicating them to the project manager.

• Prepare necessary actions and relevant documentation, if applicable.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in MIA.

• Deliver project tasks in accordance with the established project plan and budget.

• Assume full responsibility for all assigned functional and/or technical tasks.

• Keep the project manager updated on task status.

• Exhibit flexibility for business travel to support clients.

• Manage and implement small projects or sub-projects.

• Conduct customer training sessions.

• Serve as the internal and external liaison between the customer and the development department.

• Organize and implement handovers during project execution.

• Execute update and upgrade projects as needed.

• Provide assistance to the support department as required, coordinating with the Customer Services Manager.

• Support sales in preparing quotations under the coordination of the Customer Services Manager or project manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience in implementing laboratory information systems.

• Familiarity with laboratory processes and organizational structures.

• Knowledge of common IT applications such as Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) or Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).

• Understanding of healthcare communication standards including HL7, ASTM, and IHE.

• Proficient in operating systems, networking, and virtualization.

• Fluent in German and at least one additional language (English, French, or Dutch).

• Strong motivational abilities.

• High commitment level and capability to take action when necessary.

• Creative and solution-oriented with a hands-on, can-do attitude.

• Excellent communication skills, including presentation, pedagogic, and demonstration competencies.
