Experienced Hungarian Translator, Editor – Finance, Payments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Translating financial texts into Hungarian while possessing a solid understanding of the relevant terminology in this sector;

• As an editor, the responsibility includes reviewing task briefings to ensure clarity, adherence to style, proper citations, and the correction of any grammatical, punctuation, spelling, or formatting errors;

• Conducting a comparison between the translated document and the original source file to verify the quality of the translated material;

• Engaging in communication with a project manager who will offer guidance and support;

⛳️ Requirements

• Native Hungarian speaker;

• Previous experience in editing or translating content related to Finance & Payments for the Hungarian market;

• Exceptional writing abilities with a strict no-tolerance policy for errors or subpar quality;

• Capacity to adhere to deadlines diligently, as they are essential for all projects;

• Ability to work in an organized and methodical manner while following instructions precisely;
