Experienced GL Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Engaging in comprehensive intercompany operations, which includes analyzing accounting transactions, recording transfer pricing activities, and processing payments.

• Overseeing intercompany activities related to the sale of fixed assets, which entails preparing and recording transactions and assessing documentation.

• Collaborating with both internal finance and non-finance stakeholders (such as Treasury and Tax) as well as external accounting service providers.

• Implementing and aiding the Global Cash Management process.

• Assisting in the preparation of assigned month-end accrual estimates and reviewing operating expenses (OPEX).

• Conducting monthly cost variance analysis in line with US GAAP, company policies, and internal controls to ensure compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a degree in Accounting, Auditing, or related fields in Finance.

• Have substantial professional experience in general ledger accounting, reporting, or auditing.

• Exhibit advanced Excel capabilities (including Pivot Tables and VLookups) and strong analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining a keen attention to detail.

• Communicate proficiently in both spoken and written English in a global business context.

• Familiarity with IFRS/US GAAP standards is preferred, ideally holding an ACCA/PIBR certificate (or pursuing one).
