This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will be the primary contact for our customers regarding inquiries related to motor (auto) and personal insurance.
• You will assist customers by addressing questions concerning quotes and policies.
• Additionally, you will manage customer inquiries and complaints until they are resolved.
• You will document customer information in our systems and escalate follow-up cases to the claims or policy service departments as needed.
• Your responsibilities will also include managing customer data and documents.
• A few years of experience in telephone-based customer support.
• Ideally, experience in the motor (auto) insurance sector.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• A passion for engaging with customers over the phone.
• Strong customer orientation and a commitment to high service standards.
• A meticulous and detail-oriented working style, along with business-fluent German (both spoken and written).
