Experienced Auditor – Not for Profit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Deliver a comprehensive suite of integrated audit services for our international clientele.

• Produce timely, high-quality outputs that address complex sections, maintaining a reasonable number of workpaper comments.

• May oversee fieldwork and coordinate contributions from various team members.

• Show a deep understanding of methodology, relevant standards, and systems, and may collaborate with the Manager to guide associates and interns while monitoring productivity and workplan schedules.

• Proactively resolve client concerns and escalate issues as they occur.

• Engage with clients and engagement teams to ensure a smooth flow of information from the client to the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• ITC / Board 1 Pass (non-negotiable).

• Fully Qualified ACA / ACCA / CPA.

• Over 4 years of experience in external audit.

• Previous experience during the Australian busy season.

• Proficient in CaseWare software is essential.

• Capable of reviewing and mentoring junior team members.

• Experience in auditing and documenting both basic and complex audit sections.

• More than 5 years of external audit experience (Senior In-Charge).

• At least 2 years of experience leading teams and managing audits from start to finish (Senior In-Charge).

• Experience in planning audit budgets and resources (Senior In-Charge).

• Proven ability to review and approve work papers (Senior In-Charge).
