
Expense Analyst – Corporate Relocation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Review and audit relocation-related expenses to ensure they align with the relocation policy or are approved by exception, verifying their accuracy, taxability, and relevance to relocation. This role involves data entry into the Bristol Elite system and communication with clients, vendors, and mobility advisors regarding any issues, corrections, or concerns related to incoming expenses.
• Generate precise payroll reports for clients, which may include gross-up calculations, following a schedule established by the client. This responsibility also encompasses quarterly reconciliation reports, year-end reconciliation reporting, and the preparation and distribution of Relocation Tax Reports.
• Prepare additional expense reports as requested by clients throughout the year. This can include regularly scheduled reports, one-time ad-hoc requests, and the preparation and attendance at quarterly, semi-annual, or annual client review meetings.
• Support clients, vendors, and fellow Bristol staff in comprehending or clarifying gross-up policies, expense taxability according to IRS regulations, management report requests, and other tasks or requests deemed appropriate by management.
• A Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
