This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Assist the Head of Tokenization Expansion in overseeing ongoing client and partner projects from initiation through to delivery.
• Serve as an Account Manager for designated clients, ensuring effective communication, alignment of expectations, and prompt follow-up on all inquiries.
• Facilitate communication and execution among clients, product, and technical teams.
• Foster relationships with ecosystem partners.
• Perform research, create memos, and consolidate insights for business and product decision-making.
• Monitor project milestones, maintain precise reporting, and guarantee timely delivery.
• Aid in the preparation of client proposals, commercial documents, and presentations.
• Assist in organizing internal workflows and process enhancements to improve scalability.
• Contribute to the functional development of the Hadron platform in line with client and market demands.
• 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or business development.
• Strong grasp of financial assets, capital markets, and the workings of institutional finance.
• Robust academic credentials (economics, finance, engineering, or related fields).
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects concurrently with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable operating independently in high-pressure, dynamic settings.
• Experience or a keen interest in blockchain, fintech, or digital assets is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
