
Expansion Manager β Tokenization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.
β’ Assist the Head of Tokenization Expansion in overseeing ongoing client and partner projects from initiation to completion.
β’ Serve as an Account Manager for designated clients, ensuring regular communication, alignment of expectations, and prompt follow-up on all inquiries.
β’ Facilitate communication and execution among clients, product, and technology teams.
β’ Cultivate relationships with ecosystem partners.
β’ Conduct research, compile memos, and synthesize insights for business and product strategy decisions.
β’ Monitor project milestones, maintain precise reporting, and guarantee timely delivery.
β’ Aid in the preparation of client proposals, commercial documents, and presentations.
β’ Contribute to structuring internal workflows and process enhancements to improve scalability.
β’ Support the functional development of the Hadron platform in line with client and market requirements.
β’ 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or business development.
β’ Strong understanding of financial assets, capital markets, and the functioning of institutional finance.
β’ Robust academic background (economics, finance, engineering, or related disciplines).
β’ Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects concurrently with a keen attention to detail.
β’ Comfortable working independently in high-pressure, dynamic settings.
β’ Experience or a strong interest in blockchain, fintech, or digital assets is advantageous.
β’ Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
