This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Assist the Head of Tokenization Expansion in overseeing active client and partner initiatives from onboarding through to delivery.
• Serve as an Account Manager for designated clients, ensuring ongoing communication, alignment of expectations, and prompt follow-up on all inquiries.
• Facilitate communication and execution between clients, product, and technical teams.
• Cultivate relationships with ecosystem partners.
• Perform research, compile memos, and distill insights for business and product-related decisions.
• Monitor project milestones, maintain precise reporting, and guarantee timely delivery.
• Aid in the preparation of client proposals, commercial documents, and presentations.
• Contribute to structuring internal workflows and improving processes to boost scalability.
• Support the functional enhancement of the Hadron platform in line with client and market requirements.
• 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or business development.
• Strong grasp of financial assets, capital markets, and the operations of institutional finance.
• Robust academic foundation (economics, finance, engineering, or related disciplines).
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently with a keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in high-pressure, dynamic settings.
• Experience or significant interest in blockchain, fintech, or digital assets is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel internationally when needed.
