
Expansion Manager – Tokenization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Assist the Head of Tokenization Expansion in overseeing active client and partner initiatives from onboarding through to delivery.
• Serve as an Account Manager for designated clients, ensuring ongoing communication, alignment of expectations, and prompt follow-up on all inquiries.
• Facilitate communication and implementation between clients, product, and technology teams.
• Foster relationships with ecosystem partners.
• Conduct research, create memos, and consolidate insights to inform business and product strategies.
• Monitor project milestones, maintain accurate reporting, and guarantee timely delivery.
• Aid in the preparation of client proposals, commercial documentation, and presentations.
• Contribute to structuring internal workflows and process enhancements to improve scalability.
• Support the functional development of the Hadron platform based on client and market requirements.
• 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of financial assets, capital markets, and the operations of institutional finance.
• Robust academic credentials in economics, finance, engineering, or related disciplines.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven capability to manage multiple projects concurrently with a keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Experience or a strong interest in blockchain, fintech, or digital assets is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel internationally as necessary.
