This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist the Head of Tokenization Expansion in overseeing active projects with clients and partners from initiation through completion.
• Serve as an Account Manager for designated clients, ensuring ongoing communication, alignment of expectations, and prompt responses to all inquiries.
• Facilitate communication and execution among clients, product, and technology teams.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with ecosystem partners.
• Perform research, compile memos, and distill insights for business and product strategies.
• Monitor project milestones, maintain precise reporting, and guarantee timely project completion.
• Aid in the preparation of client proposals, commercial documents, and presentations.
• Contribute to structuring internal workflows and enhancing processes for improved scalability.
• Support the functional development of the Hadron platform to meet client and market demands.
• 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or business development.
• Strong grasp of financial assets, capital markets, and the workings of institutional finance.
• Robust academic credentials in economics, finance, engineering, or related disciplines.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable operating independently in high-pressure, dynamic settings.
• Experience or a strong interest in blockchain, fintech, or digital assets is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel internationally when necessary.
