This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Oversee the coordination of international events from the initial idea to on-site implementation.
• Serve as the main point of contact between global venues, vendors, and internal teams.
• Handle complex calendars, organize cross-functional meetings, and manage detailed travel and event logistics.
• Assist the Expansion Team with budget reconciliation, tracking expenses, and comprehensive performance reporting.
• Organize calendars, book meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Manage both internal and external communications to ensure consistency in brand voice.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management or Hospitality & Tourism Management.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated success in global corporate events or the professional event industry.
• Native or full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (Italian proficiency is a plus).
• Advanced skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• A strong understanding of budgeting, invoicing, and expense management.
• Transparent work environment.
• Flexibility to work remotely from any location worldwide.
