This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Oversee the organization of international events, starting from the initial concept and booth design to on-site execution and post-event analysis.
• Serve as the main point of contact between global venues, vendors, and internal stakeholders to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Navigate the details by managing complex calendars, scheduling cross-departmental meetings, and overseeing intricate travel and event logistics, along with Finance & Budget management.
• Assist the Expansion Team with budget reconciliation, expense monitoring, and comprehensive performance reporting.
• Coordinate calendars, arrange meetings, and manage travel logistics.
• Handle both internal and external communications, ensuring the brand voice remains consistent across English and Spanish-speaking markets.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated success in global corporate events or within the professional event sector.
• Native or full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (additional points for proficiency in Italian).
• Advanced skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
• A strong understanding of budgeting, invoicing, and expense management.
• A mindset that embraces the philosophy of "no task too big or small."
