This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Oversee the planning and execution of international events, from the initial concept and booth design to on-site management.
• Serve as the main point of contact between global venues, vendors, and internal teams.
• Handle intricate calendars, coordinate meetings, and manage travel and event logistics.
• Assist the Expansion Team with budget reconciliation, expense monitoring, and comprehensive performance reporting.
• Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring brand consistency in both English and Spanish-speaking markets.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management or Hospitality & Tourism Management.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated success in global corporate events or the professional event sector.
• Native or full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (additional proficiency in Italian is a plus).
• Advanced skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, invoicing, and expense management.
• A 'no task too big or small' attitude, capable of balancing high-level strategy with ground-level execution.
• Ability to work remotely from anywhere around the globe.
