This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Oversee the planning of international events from the initial idea and booth design to on-site implementation and post-event analysis.
• Serve as the main point of contact between global venues, suppliers, and internal team members to guarantee smooth service execution.
• Navigate the intricacies by managing complex schedules, organizing cross-departmental meetings, and handling detailed travel and event logistics, along with Finance & Budget coordination.
• Assist the Expansion Team with budget reconciliation, monitoring expenses, and providing comprehensive performance reports.
• Handle calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
• Oversee both internal and external communications, ensuring the brand message is consistent in English and Spanish-speaking markets.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management or a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management.
• Willingness and availability to travel as needed.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated success in global corporate events or the professional event sector.
• Native or full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential. (Additional points for knowledge of Italian).
• Advanced skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, with a quick ability to learn new project management tools.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, invoicing, and expense management.
• A "no task too big or small" attitude, comfortable transitioning from high-level sponsorship strategy to on-the-ground execution.
