This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee the coordination of international events from the initial idea through to on-site implementation and post-event analysis.
• Act as the main liaison between global venues, vendors, and internal stakeholders to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Handle complex calendars, organize cross-functional meetings, and manage detailed travel planning, event logistics, and budget coordination.
• Assist the Expansion team with budget reconciliation, expense tracking, and comprehensive performance reporting.
• Internal logistics: oversee calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel plans.
• Global communication: handle both internal and external communications, ensuring brand consistency across English- and Spanish-speaking markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or Hospitality & Tourism.
• Willingness and availability to travel as needed.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated success in global corporate events or the professional events sector.
• Native or full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is required (knowledge of Italian is a plus).
• Advanced skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, with a quick adaptability to new project management tools.
• Strong grasp of budgeting, invoicing, and expense management.
• Adaptability: possess a “no task too big or small” mindset; comfortable transitioning from high-level sponsorship strategy to hands-on execution.
