This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Provide direct assistance to the Founder in managing daily priorities and ongoing projects.
• Oversee scheduling, reminders, workflows, timelines, and task management.
• Compose, organize, and handle professional email communications.
• Prepare briefing documents, summaries, meeting materials, and internal reports.
• Monitor action items and ensure consistent follow-up on priorities.
• Maintain well-organized files, resources, and operational documentation.
• Assist in outbound communication, follow-ups, and coordination efforts.
• Draft follow-up emails, meeting summaries, and communication overviews.
• Facilitate scheduling and communication between internal teams and external contacts.
• Keep organized communication tracking and ensure prompt responsiveness.
• Coordinate onboarding and training schedules for supplier partners.
• Organize materials, summaries, and updates for meetings and ongoing coordination.
• Support communication efforts among suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
• Ensure that requests, follow-ups, and outstanding items are addressed in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the Founder on sensitive or non-standard situations.
• Manage multiple projects and maintain visibility on timelines and deliverables.
• Track deadlines, pending tasks, and ongoing initiatives.
• Assist with organizing workflows and improving operational structures.
• Help ensure accountability, responsiveness, and consistency in execution across projects.
• Support the execution and coordination of marketing initiatives and deliverables.
• Assist with social media scheduling, email communications, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with designers, freelancers, and external marketing partners as necessary.
• Maintain content calendars, publishing timelines, and organized marketing workflows.
• Ensure that marketing materials and deliverables are completed punctually.
• Experience in providing support to executives, founders, or leadership teams within fast-paced settings.
• Background in executive assistance, project coordination, communications, administrative support, or similar roles.
• Preferred experience in coordinating marketing initiatives or communications workflows.
• Familiarity with organizational and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Canva, and CRM systems.
