This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire executive search process for Senior Sales Executive positions within the US market.
• Take on additional executive-level searches throughout the organization as needed.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of Janea's business model, client demographics, and competitive environment.
• Establish and maintain a robust network of Senior Sales and GTM professionals in the US.
• Create and implement multi-touch outreach strategies tailored to engage senior, passive candidates.
• Conduct structured and consistent assessment processes.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment funnel.
• Monitor and report on search progress, pipeline health, and market insights.
• Demonstrated success in independently conducting senior or executive-level searches.
• Extensive knowledge of the US Sales talent landscape.
• Capability to oversee and manage the complete search process.
• Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills.
• High level of self-sufficiency and accountability.
• Proficient written English skills.
