Executive Producer, Senior Project Manager, International Retail Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Develop an international initiative that integrates pop-up events, customizable fashion, e-commerce, viral content, and community-focused experiences.

• Craft an unforgettable experience that encourages social media sharing.

• Potential duties include comprehensive project leadership, coordination of agencies and vendors, budget management, venue selection, organization of pop-up events, adherence to deadlines, and operational risk oversight.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior-level profile: self-sufficient and exceptionally organized.

• Preferred experience in one or more of the following areas: pop-up retail, experiential marketing, event production, fashion, beauty, luxury or lifestyle sectors, brand activation, international launches, creative project management, multi-vendor coordination, and significant budget management.

• Proficiency in French and English is advantageous (French and English preferred).
