This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee relationships with 25-30 members and engage in account planning alongside Gartner Leadership Client Managers and Account Executives.
• Support members in achieving their Mission Critical Priorities by utilizing the relevant Gartner resources.
• Apply subject matter expertise to develop service solutions tailored for members and multi-member accounts.
• Create and implement innovative solutions by evaluating member requirements and formulating a personalized engagement strategy aligned with overall product objectives and deliverables.
• Organize and present on-site briefings for clients at their locations to support key initiatives.
• Engage in all stages of the member lifecycle: pre-sale, onboarding, relationship management, delivery, review, and renewal.
• Accountable for member retention and contributing to regional growth through direct support of Gartner Sales in prospect development, account planning, and value demonstration efforts.
• Facilitate and/or engage in regular onsite member activities, such as workshops, research analyst visits (where applicable), roundtables, and webinars (in collaboration with Gartner Research).
• 10+ years of professional experience; with at least 5+ years in a senior Sourcing, VM, Procurement, or IT Finance role, or 5+ years in other SVM or Procurement fields (e.g., Consulting).
• Comprehensive knowledge of the IT sector, including its vendors and suppliers, and the roles of Senior SVM, procurement, Finance, and IT leadership.
• Proven experience in strategy development, organizational design, initiative management, metrics application, and awareness of major industry trends.
• High capacity to lead and manage in ambiguous situations.
• Preferred 15+ years of experience in senior management positions.
• Successful track record in roles such as CEO, General Manager, CTO, Chief Innovation Officer, Chief Strategist, or Head of Innovation Lab.
• In-depth knowledge of business operations and the launch of new technology products and services.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to evaluate client situations and offer actionable, outcome-oriented business/technical advice.
• Exceptional relationship management skills, including experience working with senior technology and business executives.
• Background in coaching and mentoring senior-level leaders.
• Proven collaboration and team leadership capabilities.
• Excellent time and client portfolio management skills.
• Willingness to travel 25% or more.
