Executive Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, and previous clients to promote the Rocket brand and assist homebuyers in securing real estate financing.

• Represent the Rocket brand at various civic and community events to enhance business development efforts.

• Create, grow, and maintain a portfolio of business to increase referral volume and revenue.

• Consult with clients to evaluate their financial situations and recommend suitable loan products.

• Advise and inform clients about the home-buying or refinancing process.

• Assess clients' financial status and documentation to confirm their eligibility for financing.

• Guide clients through the loan process from application to closing, addressing any concerns they may have.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in mortgage loan origination, demonstrating a successful track record in acquiring referrals and generating leads.

• Valid Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses.

• Strong professional communication, time management, and critical/strategic thinking abilities.

• Results-oriented, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in self-sourced mortgage loan origination.
